Please Note

This download is not required if you have previously installed Custom Reports from CSI or have other installed software products that use Crystal Reports Runtime Modules. If you choose not to install this download, TCCv5 will continue to work but the reports will not.

Instructions
Step 1: Download the SetupRpts.zip file by clicking save button.
Step 2: Right-click and extract SetupRpts.zip contents. Navigate to the extracted folder
Step 3: Double Click the SetupRpts Windows Installer File found in the extracted folder. Read through the licensing agreement information and if you accept the terms, click the "I Agree" button.
Step 4: Use the default installation settings. Setup of Crystal Runtime Modules is complete when setup is done.
